1. Scope of validity

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity which, when concluding a legal transaction, is acting in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options

The offer to conclude a contract is made by the customer as soon as he/she has clicked on the field ‘Request ticket(s) with costs’. A contract between the customer and Maxime Herkunft Rheinhessen e.V. is only concluded when Maxime Herkunft Rheinhessen e.V. allocates and sends the e-mail confirmation to the customer. 5. Payment

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you

 

Credit card, debit card

Enter your credit or debit card details in the order process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

 

Pay Pal

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information can be obtained during the ordering process.

PayPal may offer registered and select PayPal customers additional payment options in their customer account based on PayPal's own criteria. We have no influence on the offering of these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities affect your legal relationship with PayPal. 6. Withdrawal & Return Policy

Since Maxime Herkunft Rheinhessen e.V. on the website www.maxime-herkunft.de exclusively offers services in the area of leisure events with a specific date, particularly event tickets, there is no distance-selling contract in accordance with § 312b BGB. This means that there is no right of revocation and return. Each order of tickets is thereby binding and obligates the acceptance and payment of the ordered tickets immediately after confirmation in accordance with II by Maxime Herkunft Rheinhessen e.V.

 

7. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (OS) platform, which you can find here. We're willing to participate in an out-of-court mediation process at a consumer arbitration board.

8. Cancellation policy

 

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where you are required to pay a price, the right of withdrawal shall also expire (prematurely) if you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that your right of withdrawal is lost once performance of the contract begins, and we have provided you with confirmation of this.
